Search by name, city or board, then filter by type, maximum Total Annual Cost, rating and facilities. Sort by fees (low→high) or rating.

Create an institution account
Register as an institution (or start from the For-institutions page).

Set up your profile
In the portal Overview, create your institution, add a tagline and description, then submit it for verification to go live.

Add programs & fees
List each program and itemize its fee components — tuition, admission, lab, hostel and so on. The Total Annual Cost recomputes live as you edit.

Upload media & a brochure
Add campus photos, choose a cover image, and upload a downloadable PDF brochure.

The golden rule — eligibility first
Featured and Sponsored never override a student’s needs. A paid institution is only boosted when it already matches the student’s course, budget and location — so recommendations stay honest, and every listing carries a visible Recommended / Featured / Sponsored label.

How to explain it to a customer
The one-liner: “You’re already listed for free. Featured puts you in front of more families; Sponsored puts you at the top for the students who fit you best — and every listing is labelled, so families always know.”
“Will you show us to students we don’t fit?”
No. Sponsorship only re-orders institutions that already meet the student’s course, budget and location. We never insert an irrelevant institution.
“What’s the difference between Featured and Sponsored?”
Featured (Standard) gives a badge, priority in listings and a homepage Spotlight slot. Sponsored (Pro) adds top position in Smart Match recommendations.
“How is it billed?”
It’s an annual subscription paid from the institution’s prepaid wallet. Switching plans mid-year prorates automatically — unused time is refunded to the wallet, and the new plan is charged for the rest of the cycle (or a fresh year). Higher plans also offer 15/30/60-day free trials.
